The migration has been completed and has taken around 5 minutes. Active sessions were not affected. We'll keep monitoring the system and do some tidying up.

We are running a major migration of our customer's data and the dashboard and REST API will be unavailable sometime in the next hour for approximately 15 minutes.

To improve the reliability of our dashboard and REST API we are moving its data store to a global database that replicates across different datacenters, and have dashboard instances available globally instead of our US (East) region only.

Doing this will unfortunately require some downtime. At first we will turn the app into a read-only state where you will be able to log in and start cobrowsing sessions, but not make any changes to your settings, team members, or personal profile.

We will then have a complete downtime of a few minutes. This will not affect sessions that are already active, which will carry on as normal.

We will then complete the migration.

During this process you might need to log in twice and might experience some performance issues with the REST API and dashboard, but session performance will be unaffected.
